Role Description The Senior Business Consultant will lead strategic consulting engagements, working closely with clients and internal teams to identify business challenges, define growth opportunities, and design data-informed solutions. In this full-time remote role, the consultant will conduct in-depth business and financial analysis, develop recommendations for AI-powered and education-focused initiatives, and support implementation plans that drive measurable impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing client requirements, preparing business cases and presentations, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and collaborating with product, learning, and tech teams to ensure solutions align with market and learner needs. The Senior Business Consultant will also contribute to thought leadership, refine consulting frameworks and methodologies, and mentor junior team members to build strong consulting capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, including experience managing end-to-end client engagements.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance, including experience with budgeting, ROI analysis, and business cases.
• Relevant experience in edtech, AI, technology, or digital transformation consulting is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
