Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Jaipur. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and back-end services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing APIs and server-side logic, integrating data storage solutions, and collaborating with product, design, and QA teams. The role also involves reviewing code, debugging issues, optimizing existing systems, and contributing to architectural discussions. The developer will participate in regular stand-ups, documentation efforts, and continuous improvement of development workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Practical skills in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side components.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing modular, reusable software components.
Experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and related frameworks.
Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic DevOps practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and interest in AI or data-driven applications is a plus.
