Email Campaign Developer | 4+ Years | Remote

We are hiring an Email Campaign Developer for a remote opportunity supporting a large retail client.

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Remote, India

Working Hours: 4:00 PM onwards, with required overlap with US Eastern Time

Language: Strong spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for campaign automation and reporting
• Write and optimize complex, production-ready SQL queries
• Build and test responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
• Configure and validate campaigns in MessageGears or similar ESPs
• Work with creative and operations teams on template integration and data mapping
• Execute A/B tests and optimize email campaign performance
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Troubleshoot campaign, data, and workflow issuesMandatory Skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Python development and scripting
• Strong SQL, including complex production queries
• Hands-on experience with MessageGears or similar ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Mailchimp
• Strong HTML, CSS, and responsive email development
• Experience with email analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Strong troubleshooting and data accuracy skills
• Excellent English communicationGood to Have

• Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAMWork Schedule: Candidates must be comfortable working from 4:00PM onwards to maintain the required overlap with US Eastern Time. A daily stand-up is required.
