Role Description The Java Technical Lead/Architect/Project Manager will oversee the design, development, and delivery of Java-based enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards. This full-time, on-site role in Tamil Nadu, India involves leading technical teams, defining system architecture, reviewing code, and guiding best practices for performance, security, and scalability. The role includes managing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring risks and dependencies, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities also cover requirements analysis, solution design, technical documentation, integration with existing systems, and continuous improvement of processes and tools. The individual will mentor team members, promote engineering excellence, and collaborate closely with business and technology partners to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and review submittals, including technical documentation, design specifications, and project deliverables.
• Strong background in software architecture, particularly in Java-based, distributed, and cloud-ready systems.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of design principles and standards such as Leadership in Financial domain, where applicable to technology and projects.
• Experience with modeling and documentation tools similar to Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other systems design or enterprise modeling frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot), RESTful services, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong leadership, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills.
