About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications tailored for both iOS and Android devices. Your expertise will play a crucial role in building intuitive, reliable, and scalable mobile solutions that support our healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native and Flutter, with a passion for creating responsive user interfaces and integrating complex hardware peripherals such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. Collaboration with web development teams and adherence to best practices in software development will be key to delivering innovative health solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in React Native and Flutter frameworks. A deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, along with proficiency in Dart, is essential. Experience with modern state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc is required. Candidates should have a solid grasp of API integrations, including RESTful services and WebSockets, as well as familiarity with native platform capabilities on iOS and Android. Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies is expected. Additionally, experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals, offline data synchronization, and web technology alignment (React/React Native) will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native, ensuring seamless functionality on both iOS and Android devices.
• Implement scalable and maintainable application architectures, employing robust state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc to ensure application stability and performance.
• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that provide a positive user experience across various device sizes, including tablets and smartphones.
• Develop and execute automated testing strategies, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to uphold high standards of code quality, reliability, and stability.
• Build offline-first data persistence strategies and develop background synchronization workflows to ensure data integrity and seamless user experience even in low-connectivity environments.
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors to enable real-time data streaming and device communication essential for healthcare monitoring applications.
• Develop native platform integrations, managing device permissions and platform-specific features to optimize app performance and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with web engineering teams to ensure feature parity and consistent business logic across mobile and web applications, leveraging experience with React and React Native where applicable.
• Design and implement user interfaces that are highly responsive and tailored for mobile and tablet screens, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes, including automated build pipelines, app store submissions, and version management to facilitate rapid release cycles.
