💼 Experience: 8–10+ Years

🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA with MBA/MS/M.Tech.

📜 Certification: PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale ICT implementation projects, particularly in Command & Control Centres (CCC/ICCC), Integrated Traffic Management Systems (ITMS), and Smart City projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of ICT implementation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate with government departments, clients, system integrators, and technology vendors.
• Oversee system integration, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports and manage stakeholder communication.🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• Hands-on experience in ICT implementation projects, preferably CCC/ICCC or ITMS.
• Experience managing at least 2–3 relevant projects; candidates with 4+ projects will be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, planning, and execution skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification will be an advantage.
• Experience in government, PSU, Smart City, or e-governance projects is preferred.
