Work closely with product, engineering, and domain teams to deeply understand Medha’s core value proposition and solve problems with clarity and intent.   About the Role:   Medha AI's Product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the delivery of data analytics and AI-driven solutions for our healthcare-focused customers, built on Medha's solution accelerators and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and product execution — owning everything from requirements gathering to solution design to stakeholder communication to on-time delivery. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in data and analytics with strong business acumen (MBA) and an engineering foundation, and has prior exposure to the healthcare domain.   Key Responsibilities: Product & Solution Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics and AI solutions by configuring and extending Medha's solution accelerators and platform capabilities to meet client/business needs.
  • Own the product roadmap for assigned solution areas, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and platform capability.
  • Create, own, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Track progress against milestones and proactively flag risks, roadblocks, and dependencies well ahead of time.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with cross-functional teams (data engineering, data science, design, and engineering). Requirements & Documentation:
  • Own end-to-end creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, mapping them to Medha's existing accelerators/platform components vs. net-new build.
  • Maintain documentation of scope, assumptions, and acceptance criteria throughout the product lifecycle. Data & Analytics Ownership:
  • Partner with data engineering teams to guide data pipeline design, data models, and data architecture decisions within Medha's platform.
  • Define and validate KPIs that translate raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Drive dashboard design and analysis to ensure outputs are relevant, accurate, and decision-ready for stakeholders.
  • Ensure AI/analytics solutions are implemented in a way that aligns with business goals, technical feasibility, and reusability across Medha's accelerator library. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business/healthcare stakeholders.
  • Communicate product status, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and clients.
  • Manage expectations and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups (clinical, business, engineering).

Profile description:

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA (or equivalent business management qualification).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required for client engagements.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering data analytics and AI solutions, ideally using reusable platforms(like Power BI, Databricks, snowflakes, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data engineering pipelines, data modelling concepts, and dashboard/BI tools.
  • Demonstrated experience owning BRDs and PRDs from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project planning and risk/roadblock management skills, with a track record of timely delivery. Preferred / Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7/FHIR).
  • Experience working with AI/ML product teams or data science functions.
  • Prior experience working with low-code/no-code platforms, accelerators, or reusable solution frameworks.
