Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Application Support & Software Reliability Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support across Windows, Linux, Java/.NET, healthcare integration, Kubernetes, databases and cloud/AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve L2/L3 production incidents within SLA.
- Troubleshoot applications, middleware, databases and integrations.
- Perform log analysis and RCA across IIS, Tomcat, Mirth Connect, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes.
- Monitor application, database, integration and infrastructure health.
- Execute approved deployments, releases, configuration changes and housekeeping.
- Support Kubernetes environments using kubectl and Helm.
- Participate in 24×7 on-call support.
- Support DR drills, failover and failback activities.
- Prepare detailed RCA reports and maintain knowledge-base documentation.
- Coordinate with L4/vendor teams for complex issues.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of production application support / L2-L3 support.
- Strong Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of:
- IIS / .NET
- Tomcat / Java
- Mirth Connect
- MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL query troubleshooting.
- Basic database performance tuning.
- Kubernetes – kubectl, Helm, pod logs, events, networking.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
- HL7 v2.x message debugging.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Good to Have
- Healthcare application/support experience.
- NVIDIA Triton, vLLM or NVIDIA DCGM.
- GPU/AI inference platform support.
- Grafana, Zabbix or Azure Monitor.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based microservices.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who is a strong production troubleshooter, comfortable working across multiple technologies, can analyze logs and incidents independently, understands SLA-driven support, and is willing to participate in 24×7 on-call rotations.
