Summary

UST is looking for PMO AI Solutions & Enablement Lead

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead to drive AI adoption within the PMO through solution design, governance, process transformation, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the PMO AI strategy, governance framework, and roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Lead 2 to 3 AI solutions from concept through pilot and implementation.
• Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish testing, responsible AI, data, security, and integration standards.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates, playbooks, and solution patterns.
• Build PMO AI capabilities and mentor AI Champions.
• Define ownership, support models, and an 18 to 24-month transition roadmap.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge retrieval, and AI workflows.
• Experience with workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience moving AI solutions from concept to production.
• Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and process-transformation skills.
• Ability to coach technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

PMO experience, AI product management, enterprise knowledge management, Microsoft AI technologies, OpenAI/Codex, and experience in governed enterprise environments.
