Required Technical Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, depending on the required module.
• Strong experience in D365 customization and development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong Proficiency in X++ programming language.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.
• Good understanding of security roles, data management, workflows, and D365 environments.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.Key Deliverables

• Develop batch jobs for scheduled/background processing.
• Build integrations with external systems.
• Develop SSRS reports and reporting logic.
• Implement workflows and approval processes.
• Perform data processing and migration.
