Salary Range: ₹4 lakh – ₹12 lakh per annum
What you'll do
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications on the MERN stack: React frontends, Node.js and Express.js APIs, and MongoDB databases.
- Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) daily to plan, write, review, test and refactor code.
- Integrate LLM features into our products, such as chat, content generation, summarisation and automated workflows, using APIs from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI.
- Turn business requirements into clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
- Review pull requests from teammates and AI tools critically for correctness, security and performance before code is merged.
- Work closely with design, marketing and growth teams to launch and iterate on features quickly.
- Write clear documentation and share what you learn about new AI tools with the team.
What you must have
- At least 2 years of professional full-stack experience building with the MERN stack.
- MongoDB: schema design, Mongoose, aggregation pipelines and indexing.
- Express.js and Node.js: building RESTful APIs, middleware, and authentication (JWT, OAuth).
- React: hooks, component-driven UI, and state management (Redux, Zustand or Context API).
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills; working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Regular, practical use of the latest AI and LLM coding tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Windsurf, as part of your daily workflow.
- Good understanding of how LLMs work in practice: prompting, context, API usage and their limitations.
- Strong Git skills and a pull request (PR)-based workflow: branching, rebasing, resolving merge conflicts and writing clear PRs. Hands-on experience reviewing PRs and giving clear, constructive feedback is required.
- Clear communication and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying and running applications on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions) and environment management.
- Experience with monitoring, logging and debugging apps in production.
- Exposure to AI app building blocks: vector databases, embeddings, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), AI agents or MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Socket.io for real-time features, or SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Interest in marketing, growth or analytics products.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile or side projects that show what you've built with AI.
