• Design, build, and maintain core backend systems using Go.
• Develop reliable, scalable services that power AI-driven enterprise workflows and integrations.
• Build and improve agent pipelines that automate complex enterprise processes.
• Integrate with external enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.
• Improve system performance, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across backend services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to establish sound architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production-grade software.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience developing reliable backend services.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and core computer science fundamentals.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience building and operating production systems with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.
