UI/UX Product Manager — Design it. Own it. Ship it.

We are Witness The Fitness (WTF) — one of India's fastest-growing fitness companies. 55+ gyms, multiple brands (Witness The Fitness, WTF Academy, WTF Amplify, DigiGym, WTF Reboot), and a founding team that builds everything in-house. We don't outsource our product thinking, and we don't outsource our design. Every screen our members, trainers, and partners touch is ours.

We're looking for a rare breed: someone with a world-class design eye AND a product manager's brain. You will not be handed a spec and asked to prettify it. You will define the problem, design the solution, and drive it to ship.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end product experiences across web + mobile — from first sketch to shipped feature

• The design system: components, patterns, and a visual language that scales across our brands

• Product decisions: what to build, what to cut, what to measure

• Working side-by-side with engineers to ship fast — WTF speed, not agency speed

• User research and feedback loops with real members, trainers, and gym operators

Who you are:

• A portfolio that proves your UI/UX craft — real shipped products with real screens, not just case studies

• You've owned BOTH design and product decisions on at least one product end-to-end

• Figma mastery, prototyping fluency, and a strong visual taste bar

• You can defend a design decision with a number, not just an opinion

• You've worked directly with engineers and know what's buildable

• You move fast and iterate faster
