Lead Software Engineer
"We are seeking a Frontend Developer with expertise in Progress Sitefinity CMS, strong
- NET application design skills, and hands-on experience leveraging native Sitefinity AI
capabilities. In this role, you will lead the frontend implementation of enterprise web
applications, establish Sitefinity design system standards, architect site taxonomies, and
implement built-in and extended Sitefinity AI features (including Sitefinity AI Assistant,
Agentic RAG, and AI-driven personalization). You will work closely with solutions
architects, UX designers, and digital strategists to ensure high-performance visual
architectures and modern, automated authoring experiences for content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership & Native AI Implementation: Lead frontend architecture
for Progress Sitefinity projects (MVC, Next.js/Headless, .NET Core Renderer) while
integrating native Sitefinity AI modules, including the Sitefinity AI Assistant,
Agentic RAG, and generative CMS components.
- Information Architecture & AI Taxonomy Design: Partner with UX strategists to
translate business domains into content models, module hierarchies, and
taxonomies within Sitefinity, configuring AI-Powered Content Classification for
automated tagging and vector-based semantic search indexing.
- Component System & Widget Engineering: Build reusable, enterprise-grade
widget libraries, custom UI controls, dynamic page templates, and conversational
search widgets leveraging ASP.NET Core, C#, Razor, and modern JavaScript
frameworks.
- Authoring Experience & Automation: Customize Sitefinity backend tools to
integrate built-in OpenAI content generation, automated translation workflows via
Microsoft Translator connector, and contextual prompt templates to streamline
authoring productivity.
- Personalization & Analytics: Configure Sitefinity Insight AI capabilities (predictive
scoring, automated segment disco
