Current Environment & Challenges:
- Client is building out its Snowflake analytics environment and implementing Sigma as its reporting platform.
- The majority of the initial work will focus on the Gold layer.
- Core data and foundational architecture are already in place; the challenge is producing business-ready tables and reporting assets.
- The organization is migrating away from a legacy system (Jarvis, a Henry Schein product).
- Data inconsistencies exist between legacy and new environments and need to be identified and reconciled.
- KPI definitions are not always standardized. For example, "new patient" may be defined in several different ways:
- Appointment scheduled
- Visit completed
- Revenue earned
