Role Description The Project Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Project Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation or product development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing risks and issues. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and provide regular status updates and documentation. The Project Lead will also guide team members, support process improvements, and contribute to best practices in project management and delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and manage software or technology projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across business, technical, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including documentation, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project management frameworks).
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and engage effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in supply chain, retail planning, enterprise software, or SaaS-based solutions is beneficial.
