Experience: Fresher or 1 year of experience in embedded systems, IoT, electronics, or

hardware-software integration.

Industry: Fleet Management platforms

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an engineer who can work across both hardware and software integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate kart hardware with the fleet management software

• Develop telemetry and real-time monitoring systems

• Work on RF, Wi-Fi, LAN, and wireless communication between karts and software

• Develop remote-control features for kart operations

• Build and maintain APIs and communication protocols

• Configure and troubleshoot local networking systems

• Test and deploy systems on-site when required

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IoT systems or hardware-software integration

• Experience with microcontrollers and embedded and IoT systems

• Knowledge of RF, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LAN, or similar communication systems

• Experience with hardware-software integration

• Understanding of IoT, telemetry, and networking

• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, and mobile apps

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, or similar platforms

• Knowledge of CAN bus, MQTT, TCP/IP, UDP, or WebSockets

• Experience with Node.js, Python, Flutter, or React Native

• Prior experience in EVs or industrial IoT
