Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend and backend development, API integration, database design, and cloud-based application development.

We are particularly interested in developers who actively leverage Claude and AI-powered development tools to build, enhance, and accelerate application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
Build intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems into applications.
Build secure applications following best practices for authentication, authorization, data protection, and application security.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes.
Use Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-powered development tools to design, develop, debug, refactor, and accelerate application development. Demonstrate practical experience using AI tools in building real-world applications, not just for basic code suggestions.
Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
Take ownership of features from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills And Qualifications

6–8 years of professional experience in full stack application development.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, or Next.js.
Solid backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or an equivalent technology.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with microservices-based architectures.
Good knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Git, automated testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of application security, performance optimization, scalability, and software design principles.
Practical experience using Claude or Claude Code to build applications, including AI-assisted coding, debugging, refactoring, feature development, or end-to-end product development.
Ability to critically review AI-generated code and make sound engineering decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

Experience building AI-enabled applications or integrating LLM APIs.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, or infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and application monitoring tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
