Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation programs across multiple business units.
• Manage multiple Salesforce projects and portfolios simultaneously.
• Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs, project health metrics, and overall program performance.
• Facilitate executive governance and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Support organizational change management and Salesforce adoption initiatives.
