transfunnel.com is looking for a senior leader to join our leadership team and own three critical mandates:

1. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 – Architecture, technical standards, engineering excellence, security amp; scalable delivery

2. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 – On-time, on-budget, high-CSAT delivery across CRM, process automation and custom development

3. 𝐀𝐈 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 – Build, package and scale AI offerings including AI Agents, RAG, AI-enabled CRM and workflow automation

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

* 12+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting / Systems Integration

* 5+ years leading engineering or delivery teams

* Strong experience with CRM, MarTech or Enterprise SaaS implementations

* Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud, DevOps and modern technology stacks

* Hands-on understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and AI governance

* Experience managing delivery Pamp;L, utilisation, margins and project commercials

* Strong CXO-facing, presales and client management experience

* Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders and create a high-ownership culture
