Job Title: Solutions Architect (Salesforce)

Overview of the Role: We are seeking an AI-first Solutions Architect (Salesforce) to lead the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related go-to-market capabilities. This role partners with Sales, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, IT, and Enterprise Applications stakeholders to translate business strategy and operational needs into practical Salesforce architecture, data models, integrations, automation patterns, and delivery roadmaps. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform expertise, consultative leadership, and a solution-oriented mindset to guide teams from discovery through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, automation, reporting, and data capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, process gaps, and operational constraints, then translate requirements into scalable solution designs and delivery recommendations.
• Create solution blueprints, data models, integration patterns, security and sharing approaches, automation strategies, and architecture documentation.
• Provide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, analysts, and delivery partners to ensure solutions are maintainable, performant, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Evaluate design tradeoffs, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend phased implementation approaches that balance speed, scale, quality, and business value.

What we are looking for:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, computer science, engineering, business technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on architecture, configuration, development, integration, and delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including data model design, security and sharing, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, permissions, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, customer support, data warehouse, analytics, marketing automation, or third-party SaaS platforms.
• Ability to lead discovery, clarify ambiguous requirements, facilitate tradeoff discussions, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, release management, testing, data quality, documentation, and change management practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences.
• Travel is required: Occasionally

AI Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate discovery, solution design, documentation, development, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to identify practical AI-assisted automation opportunities within Salesforce processes while applying responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance practices.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI-assisted requirements analysis, AI-supported testing, and the use of AI to improve user adoption and operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required):

• Salesforce certifications, especially Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, MuleSoft, or other middleware and analytics platforms.
• Agile/Scrum experience and experience working with distributed business and technical teams.
