Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Product Analytics Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
