E-Commerce Manager (Vendor Central or Hub)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our service operations and drive excellence across customer support and after-sales service.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Vendor Central and Flipkart Vendor Hub.
• Handle product listing, catalogue updates, and product information management.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Monitor sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance.
• Manage appointments and order-related activities on marketplace portals.
• Create and manage consignments on Flipkart as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and marketplace operations.
• Monitor marketplace updates and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate reports and data using MS Excel..
• Analyze sales data, customer trends, market performance, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and other internal teams.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock availability, and catalogue maintenance.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, feedback, and overall seller performance.
• Handle marketplace-related issues, claims, settlements, escalations, and account-related concerns.
• Prepare regular MIS, sales, and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rate, product visibility, and overall profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Flipkart Vendor Hub.
• Good knowledge of product listing and appointment management.
• Understanding of consignment creation on Flipkart.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience in E-Commerce Operations and Marketplace Management.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida Sector-63, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
