Project Brief:

The study will be piloted in Purvanchal, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, to assess local climate and health vulnerabilities and test a scalable framework for climate–health surveillance and evidence generation. The findings will support the Climate & Health Observatory (CHO) and complement the National Programme on Climate Change and Human Health (NPCCHH) by strengthening data integration, community engagement, and evidence-informed adaptation planning.
