Role Description The Full-stack Developer role at EFX Connect is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The person in this role will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. The Full-stack Developer will collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing features and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building and integrating APIs.
• Candidates should possess proficient Front-End Development skills, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess abilities in debugging, performance optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Candidates should possess experience working with modern web frameworks, version control systems (e.g., Git), and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices will be beneficial.
