About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven professional to develop financial and customer behaviour models for a rewards programme. The role focuses on quantitative analytics, financial forecasting, customer insights and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer-level financial and behavioural models.
Develop financial forecasts, scenario analyses and sensitivity models.
Analyse customer transactions and translate insights into business recommendations.
Support budgeting, cost management and rewards programme optimisation.
Validate models, maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Automate analytical processes and build scalable modelling solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Python – Data Science and SAS.
Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in financial forecasting, quantitative modelling and customer analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Good to Have: Experience in banking, financial services, loyalty programmes, rewards analytics, automation or AI-assisted analytics.
