Required Skills:

• Should have SuccessFactors Project delivery Experience following Scrum practices
• Certification in SuccessFactors and/or SCRUM methodologies with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Experience in Agile frameworks and business requirement gathering.
• Running delivery following Scrum practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Manage and refine the product backlog.
• Define clear SuccessFactors Recruitment business requirements and user stories.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure the team stays on track.
