Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and task assignments.
• Coordinate with development, design, QA, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
