Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience to join the PEM workstream. The role will focus on developing and configuring Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud solutions, enabling partner onboarding, deal registration, partner access, and portal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud functionality.

• Build and enhance partner onboarding, deal registration, partner access, and partner portal capabilities.

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation.

• Implement dashboards, notifications, workflows, and partner-facing functionality.

• Work closely with the Solution Architect and Senior Developer to translate technical designs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

• Support Salesforce deployments, releases, and sprint deliverables.

• Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum delivery team.

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Apex.

• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce PRM / Partner Portal capabilities.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security, Sharing Rules, Profiles/Permission Sets, and Data Model.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Experience with unit testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and Salesforce deployments.
