Role Description The Project Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaunpur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, tracking progress, and addressing risks or issues that may affect deliverables. The Project Development Manager collaborates with stakeholders to define project requirements, aligns resources and logistics, and oversees inspections or quality checks on project outputs. The role also involves expediting critical tasks, preparing reports, and continuously improving project workflows and communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects effectively.
• Expeditor and Expediting experience to accelerate critical activities and manage timelines.
• Inspection skills to oversee quality checks and ensure project deliverables meet standards.
• Logistics Management skills to organize materials, resources, and movement of goods or information.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Experience with project management tools and basic data analysis or reporting software.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaunpur and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
