Senior Team Lead Frappe

About us

Innovorex Business Solutions is a Hyderabad technology company. Our product division builds AI engines for education, starting with schools in Andhra Pradesh, with superintelligence and quantum as our longer road. Our education platform runs on the Frappe Framework as a multi-tenant cloud SaaS, and we are going live with schools in 2027.

The role

We are looking for a Frappe Lead to own the Frappe and ERPNext side of our education products and lead our ERPNext developers. You will work closely with our solution architect and our mobile, AI and cloud teams to take the products to market.

What you will do

Lead the design and development of custom Frappe apps, doctypes, workflows, reports and print formats.

Build the platform as one codebase with a site per school, ready to scale from the first school to hundreds.

Design and build REST APIs so that our web, mobile and AI services work cleanly with Frappe.

Own data modelling on MariaDB together with our data architect.

Set up and manage bench, multi-site deployments, upgrades, backups and CI/CD on the cloud.

Review code, mentor and guide a team of ERPNext developers.

Turn school requirements into working features together with the product team.

What we are looking for

5 or more years of hands-on development on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.

Strong Python, JavaScript, Jinja and MariaDB or SQL.

Experience building custom Frappe apps for a product, not only implementation projects.

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, REST APIs and integrations.

Experience with bench, Docker and cloud deployment on Azure or AWS.

Experience leading or mentoring developers.

Education domain experience is a strong plus.

Location

Hyderabad, on-site. Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad are welcome.
