Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with 8+ years of professional software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

The role requires strong expertise in mobile application architecture, REST API integration, state management, performance optimization, and enterprise/CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, intuitive, scalable, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, external services, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable widgets, components, and application frameworks.
• Implement appropriate mobile application architecture and state management solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Support application releases, upgrades, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to CI/CD-based delivery processes.Required Skills
• 8+ years of overall software development experience, with significant experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong experience in cross-platform mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration and external service integration.
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture and state management.
• Experience with mobile application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.Preferred Skills
• Experience developing mobile interfaces for CRM systems.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, mobile security, and offline synchronization.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale mobile applications.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software/mobile application development.
