🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Owner – Digital Manufacturing & WMS 🚀

Are you an experienced Product Owner passionate about transforming digital manufacturing and warehouse operations? We are looking for a high-performing leader to take charge of our product backlog and drive innovative supply chain solutions.

📍 Role: Product Owner

🎓 Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field)

⏳ Experience: 10+ Years (5–7+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments)

💰 Compensation / Budget: ₹18 LPA – ₹19 LPA

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Backlog Ownership: Define, refine, and prioritize user stories, features, and epics to deliver maximum business value.
Bridge Vision to Execution: Translate strategic product vision into actionable, testable development requirements.
Agile Leadership: Partner daily with engineering teams across sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder Alignment: Balance business needs, client goals, and technical capabilities seamlessly.
Domain Leadership: Apply deep expertise in WMS, inventory management, material flow, and smart manufacturing processes.💡 What We’re Looking For:
Core expertise in Digital Manufacturing & Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong technical acumen to navigate complex engineering trade-offs.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSPO certification is a strong plus).
