Product & Discovery Product ManagerBangalore / Remotefull-time3-7 years
About the role
About the role We build products for clients and, increasingly, products of our own. As Product Manager you will own the path from a clear problem to a shipped, working first version, and then to the changes real usage tells us to make. What you will do
- Own the roadmap for one or two products or client engagements, and keep it short and honest.
- Turn research and discovery output into prioritised work for design and engineering.
- Define what success looks like for each release and set up the measures before launch.
- Run planning, reviews and demos with the team, and keep stakeholders informed without drowning them in status updates.
- Look at what users actually do (analytics, recordings, support messages) and decide what to change next.
- Make trade-off calls on scope, timing and quality, and explain them clearly to clients and colleagues. What good looks like
- The team always knows what the most important thing is this week.
- Releases are small enough to learn from and large enough to matter.
- Clients feel informed, and are rarely surprised. You will report to the founders and work with a small, senior team, so expect real ownership and little hand-holding. Requirements
Must have
- 3+ years in product management, or a hands-on delivery or analyst role with clear product ownership.
- Experience taking a feature or product from idea to launch with a software team.
- Strong prioritisation: you can explain why something is first and something else is not.
- Comfortable with data: funnels, cohorts and simple experiments.
- Clear written communication. Nice to have
- Experience with B2B software, e-commerce or marketplaces.
- Technical enough to hold a useful conversation with engineers about trade-offs.
- Experience working with agency or client-facing teams.
