Job Description :-

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and data-driven Assistant Manager – D2C to drive our online business growth. The role requires hands-on expertise in Shopify management, performance marketing, revenue growth, and P&L management, with the ability to scale customer acquisition and improve business profitability.

Responsibilities :-

  • Own end-to-end D2C business growth, monthly revenue targets, and profitability.
  • Manage Shopify operations, including website optimisation, pricing, product merchandising, offers, and conversion funnels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and ROI.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Drive AOV, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and customer retention through data-driven strategies.
  • Work on CRO, landing page optimisation, checkout experience, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop influencer, affiliate, and content-led growth strategies.
  • Manage CRM initiatives across WhatsApp, email, and remarketing channels.
  • Monitor D2C P&L, marketing spends, revenue contribution, and key business metrics.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across D2C and Quick Commerce channels.

Requirements:-

  • 4–6 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce, or Growth Management.
  • Hands-on experience in scaling a D2C business, preferably in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Health & Wellness.
  • Strong expertise in Shopify and website business management.
  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns and performance marketing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and contribution margins.
  • Experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, CRO, and customer retention.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • Candidates from fast-growing D2C startups or entrepreneurial backgrounds will be preferred.
