Company DescriptionMedPacs is a next-generation, cloud-based Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) designed to streamline radiology operations. Its platform combines digital imaging, reporting tools, and teleradiology in a secure, browser-based solution, helping healthcare teams improve efficiency, collaboration, and diagnostic workflows.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and organised Project Manager to oversee MedPacs implementation projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with clients, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful implementation within the agreed scope and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, and escalate concerns when required.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and implementation records.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and manage changes in scope or timelines.
• Support the successful implementation and adoption of MedPacs solutions at customer sites.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Strong project planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools.
• Experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, PACS, or software implementation is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
