FullStack TL_8+ YEARS

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-first web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST API development.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction, leading development teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js and build backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement and maintain event-driven architectures to support scalable and loosely coupled applications.
• Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Drive system design discussions and make technical decisions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Own technical delivery, sprint planning, task allocation, and release coordination.
• Support application productionization, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Leverage cloud platforms and open-source technologies to build reliable and scalable solutions.
• Follow Agile development practices and continuously improve development processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend: Node.js, Python.
• Python Frameworks: Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Database: PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• API Development: REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and authorization.
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven architecture, and system design.
• Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and application monitoring.
• Engineering Practices: Git, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of relevant software development experience, including substantial experience with web technologies.
• Strong hands-on development experience with React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications and backend services.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and delivery responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the MERN stack or comparable full-stack technologies.
• Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with message brokers and asynchronous processing systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, application monitoring, and production support.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
