We are seeking a Product Manager to own critical product areas end-to-end, from initial problem discovery through execution and launch. Collaborating across engineering, design, and compliance, you will drive the entire product lifecycle to deliver measurable business impact.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
- Run user research and analyze market/usage signals to identify problems worth solving
- Prioritize opportunities against company strategy
- Clearly define problems before moving to solutions
- Write product specs covering success criteria, scope, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Own UX flows and wireframes with Design and Engineering
- Define product-level technical requirements
- Partner with Engineering through build, QA, and launch
- Track post-launch adoption, engagement, business/revenue impact, and qualitative user feedback
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
- ~2 years of Product Management experience
- Fintech experience preferred
- Meaningful exposure to broking, trading platforms, wealth-tech, lending, or fintech products
- Working understanding of capital markets basics — equities, F&O, mutual funds — or willingness to ramp up quickly
- Comfortable writing clear product specs and making prioritization trade-offs with incomplete information
- Strong communication skills across Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Support
- Data literacy — comfortable pulling and reading product analytics
