PT is building an AI-powered publishing platform that helps editorial teams transform articles, images, and design requirements into structured, editable, publication-ready layouts.

The platform combines AI, backend automation, frontend editing tools, and cloud infrastructure to solve complex publishing workflows.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will work in a small team where engineers own real features end-to-end — from the database and backend to the frontend experience used by customers.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship features across the backend, frontend, and cloud.
• Design and improve AI pipelines that run in production for real customers.
• Work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to turn their needs into working product features.
• Explain technical decisions, trade-offs, and problems clearly, both in writing and on calls.
• Proactively identify problems and solve them without waiting for someone to assign a ticket.

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework React with TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform.
• At least one serious AI project that has been deployed and used by real users.
• Experience with production AI systems, such as:
• AI features deployed to production and actively used.
• Agentic systems using tool calling for multi-step tasks.
• LLM pipelines with evaluation, error handling, and monitoring.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools in daily development.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.

Note: A basic chatbot that simply wraps an LLM API would not be sufficient for this role.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience working in a startup or small-team environment.
• Experience building custom skills, routines, workflows, or automations that improve individual or team productivity.
