PrEqt is a digital investment platform being developed to connect HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, AIFs, and institutional investors with curated investment opportunities, company insights, and research across private and public capital markets.

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and highly motivated individual to work closely with the founder and technology team, overseeing the development, functionality, design, and continuous improvement of PrEqt.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Monitor website and mobile app development, functionality, enhancements, and timelines
• 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Explore fintech platforms, competitor offerings, and digital trends to suggest innovative features and improvements
• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Communicate requirements, track deliverables, coordinate with developers, and ensure timely execution
• 𝗨𝗜/𝗨𝗫 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Review layouts, navigation, investor journeys, dashboards, and overall platform experience
• 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Identify bugs, test new features, coordinate fixes, and ensure smooth platform operations
• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work directly with the founder, convert ideas into action points, and take ownership from planning to implementation

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, consulting, technology coordination, or similar roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Curiosity about technology, digital platforms, and user experience
• Ability to coordinate with developers, manage timelines, and independently execute tasks
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Trello, Notion, or AI tools is an advantage
• Interest in financial markets, investing, or fintech is preferred
