Lead Sitecore XM Cloud Full Stack Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Sitecore XM Cloud Full Stack Developer with 8–10 years of experience in Sitecore development and strong hands-on expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud (1-2+ years). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, componentized, cloud-native solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and Next.js, leading technical implementation, integrating third-party systems, and supporting Sitecore XP to XM Cloud modernization and migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, reusable, and componentized solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless SXA, Sitecore JSS, React, and Next.js.
Lead development of enterprise-grade, multi-site and multi-language Sitecore XM Cloud implementations.
Integrate external systems and third-party APIs using REST, GraphQL, middleware, or Sitecore Connect.
Develop reusable and responsive frontend components using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
Manage Sitecore XM Cloud deployments using Sitecore CLI and XM Cloud Deploy.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Mandatory Skills

8–10 years of Sitecore development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in XM Cloud (1-2+ years), Headless SXA, JSS, and Sitecore CLI.
Proven experience delivering Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migrations/modernization.
Strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore CLI, Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS), and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

Sitecore XM Cloud certification and/or Sitecore 10.x certification.
Experience with Sitecore AI / Agentic Studio or other AI-powered Sitecore capabilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
