Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERPNext role based in Surat. The team member will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext modules to support finance, inventory, sales, purchases, and other core business functions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, implementing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity across the system. The role involves creating and updating reports and dashboards, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, and supporting end users through training and documentation. The position also requires monitoring system performance, applying updates, and working with management to identify opportunities for further automation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ERPNext or similar ERP platforms, including configuration of core modules and workflow setup.
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating operational needs into system solutions.
  • Competence in basic scripting or programming (such as Python or JavaScript) and familiarity with databases to support customization and integrations.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards, analyze data, and support decision-making through accurate information delivery.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Effective communication skills and comfort working directly with stakeholders and end users in an on-site environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation or support in a manufacturing, trading, or services organization is beneficial.
