Full Stack Developer (NodeJS, AWS)

Job Description

• Design and develop O2P platform including web application and APIs with a full stack focus, stronger on backend using Node.js.
• Contribute to DevOps functions for scalable, secure, cost-effective AWS cloud applications (Lambda, ECS containers, API Gateway, RDS, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, S3).
• Build pragmatic, resilient solutions considering upstream/downstream impacts with strong investment in Unit Testing.
• Apply strong Quality and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Observability, and Test automation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate use cases into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support products in production.
• Mentor and collaborate with distributed teams across APAC, EMEA, and US.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5 to 7 years relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong architectural skills to design scalable, available, resilient, cost-effective cloud applications on AWS.
• Hands-on AWS development experience including Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, S3, Step Functions, ECS containers, RDS.
• Expertise in building RESTful microservices using Node.js with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Practical database knowledge and strong SQL skills.
• Technical expertise in building APIs and UI.
• Good knowledge of API security and data encryption.
• Strong DevOps and Quality mindset with experience in CI/CD, Observability, and Test automation.
• Curious and growth mindset, collaborative work style, effective communication.Nice-to-have:
• Experience with React and JavaScript.
• Python experience/exposure as a secondary skill.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex.
• Experience in product-based organizations.
