What would you do?

  • Talent and HR Analytics delivery supporting data driven insights, workforce and learning measurement, reporting and decision support for business stakeholders.
  • Analyze HR processes, policies and workforce data to assess effectiveness, develop actionable insights and support tactical and strategic HR decisions using analytical methods and data science.
  • HR Analytics, text analytics, Python and data science. Strong analytical problem solving, adaptability, collaboration, quality orientation, quick learning and workload prioritization. What are we looking for?
  • Any graduation with 7 to 11 years of experience. Seeking an HR analytics specialist who can solve moderately complex problems, adapt existing analytical methods, communicate with stakeholders and align work to management priorities.
  • Experience in HR process effectiveness analysis, workforce insights, visualization and translating analytical outputs into business recommendations is advantageous. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze HR data and solve moderately complex business problems. Assess the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Develop new analytical solutions by leveraging and adapting established methods and procedures. Apply Python, data science and text analytics as relevant to business needs. Interpret the strategic direction set by senior management and align analysis to team goals. Collaborate with peers and engage client or Accenture management stakeholders as needed. Prioritize assignments, maintain quality and communicate findings clearly. Seek guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments. Make decisions that support team outcomes.
