About The Opportunity

A fast-paced fintech and capital markets solutions provider, we build high-performance trading platforms, portfolio management systems, and real-time market data integrations for global Investment Banks and Asset Managers. Our Java engineers design low-latency, fault-tolerant systems that power mission-critical trading workflows across equities, fixed income, and derivatives desks.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-throughput, low-latency Java applications for trade processing, order routing, and market data ingestion.
  • Integrate with FIX protocol engines, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and exchange APIs to support front-office trading systems.
  • Optimize JVM performance, garbage collection, and concurrency patterns for real-time capital markets workloads.
  • Collaborate with quants and traders to translate business logic into scalable, event-driven architectures.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for regulatory-compliant deployment in capital markets environments.
  • Support production systems with 24x7 SLAs, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and system failures.
