Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flutter Developer role based in Kerala, India. The Flutter Developer will design and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and related tooling, ensuring smooth performance and robust architecture across Android and iOS. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable features, integrating APIs and connected hardware services, and maintaining clean, testable code. The role involves debugging and optimizing existing applications, writing unit and integration tests, participating in code reviews, and contributing to documentation and best practices. The developer will work closely with the R&D team to support prototypes and production-grade applications that align with Alodi Robotics’ intelligent systems and smart product ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
  • Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with hands-on experience using Dart and at least one other modern language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C#, or Python).
  • Experience in Software Development, including full lifecycle development, testing, debugging, and deployment of mobile or cross-platform applications.
  • Exposure to Back-End Web Development, RESTful APIs, and integration of mobile apps with cloud or on-premise services.
  • Demonstrated experience developing Flutter applications, including state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), responsive UI, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with mobile development tooling and workflows (Git, CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment, analytics and crash reporting tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and translate technical concepts into actionable tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with robotics, IoT, connected hardware, or data-driven applications is a plus.
