Role DescriptionDusker AI is seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, India.

The Web Developer will be responsible for building responsive websites, developing interactive user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of web applications.

The role involves collaborating with AI researchers, software engineers, designers, and operations teams to develop web platforms, dashboards, and internal tools that support AI evaluation workflows and business operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Building modern front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or Next.js.
• Developing and integrating back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Developing administrative dashboards, internal management systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Optimizing websites for speed, performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
• Troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and maintaining application reliability.
• Deploying and maintaining web applications using cloud hosting platforms and version control systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into functional web solutions.Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Web Development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, or FastAPI.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, client-server architecture, and third-party API integrations.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of responsive web design, UI/UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and modern software development workflows.
• Understanding of website optimization, authentication, security, and debugging techniques.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying production-ready web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel is an advantage.
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, or automation services into web applications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Jaipur office.
