About the Role
We are looking for experienced Product or Growth Data Scientists with strong hands-on expertise in experimentation, product analytics, statistical modeling, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate should regularly work with SQL, Python, statistics, A/B testing, product metrics, retention, LTV, and causal/uplift analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, north-star metrics, funnels, and behavioral metrics.
- Analyze user acquisition, engagement, conversion, churn, and retention.
- Build statistical models for retention, lifetime value (LTV), uplift, and user behavior.
- Perform hypothesis testing, regression analysis, segmentation, and causal analysis.
- Translate complex data into actionable product and growth recommendations.
- Work extensively with large datasets using SQL and Python.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Data Science experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong daily hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and statistics.
- Strong practical experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience defining and analyzing product or growth metrics.
- Hands-on experience with retention, churn, LTV, uplift, or causal modeling.
- Strong statistical fundamentals including hypothesis testing, regression, confidence intervals, and experimental design.
- Active and credible professional LinkedIn profile.
Preferred Background
