Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer | Bengaluru

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office, 6 days a week

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA

We are looking for a hands-on backend engineer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise who thrives in a startup environment.

Technical Requirements

* Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs

* Hands-on with MySQL, MongoDB and Kafka/RabbitMQ

* Solid understanding of backend architecture, database design and debugging

* Experience building, deploying and owning production systems end to end

Startup Fit — Mandatory

* Prior experience working in a startup ecosystem is essential.

* Must be comfortable adapting to a different, fast-evolving startup environment.

* Expected to take end-to-end ownership, work independently through ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

* Must be willing to go beyond assigned tasks and deliver solutions with a forward-deployed engineering mindset.
