About the Role

The AI Engineering Lead Analyst role will report to the AI & Emerging Technologies Manager and will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions, Agentic AI applications, and intelligent automation capabilities. This position will leverage Python, AI frameworks, and Agent Core platforms to build scalable AI-powered solutions that enhance business processes, decision-making, content generation, knowledge management, and customer experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build, configure, and optimize Agent Core solutions to enable autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.
• Develop AI-driven workflows for content generation, knowledge retrieval, decision support, and process automation.
• Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and data engineers to identify AI use cases and deliver innovative solutions.
• Build and optimize AI models for scalability, performance, accuracy, and security.
• Implement model monitoring, testing, validation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Develop reusable AI components and frameworks to accelerate adoption across multiple business functions.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI strategy and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AI Engineering and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience building intelligent agents using Agent Core or comparable Agentic AI platforms.
• Advanced Python programming skills for AI application development.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating AI services with enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
